1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the UKZ Accountants website and the accounting, bookkeeping and related services we provide to SMEs across the GCC. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
UKZ Accountants provides bookkeeping, cloud accounting, VAT and tax compliance support, payroll processing, management reporting and advisory services, delivered remotely using cloud accounting platforms and AI-assisted workflows. The specific scope of services for each client is set out in a separate engagement agreement or proposal.
3. Regulated Filings and Local Licensing
UKZ Accountants is not represented as being licensed to provide regulated filing or company formation services in any GCC jurisdiction unless expressly stated in a written agreement. Where formal registration, regulated filing or local licensing is required, we coordinate with appropriately authorised local specialists. Clients remain responsible for ensuring their statutory and regulatory obligations are met.
4. AI-Assisted Workflows
Certain parts of our bookkeeping and reporting process are supported by AI-assisted automation, including document extraction and transaction categorisation. All outputs are subject to review by our accounting professionals. AI is not used to independently file regulated returns or replace professional judgement.
5. Fees
Package pricing shown on our website is indicative and starting from the stated amount. Final fees depend on transaction volume, payroll size, number of accounts and reporting requirements, and will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documentation required to deliver the agreed services, and to review reports and outputs provided to them.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, UKZ Accountants' liability in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
